Soft & comfy but collects lint

I purchased this for my hubby. It’s super soft and comfy. The only bad side is that it collects lint like crazy. Whenever he uses it, he gets lint all over his clothes. I’m almost sure it’s shedding since it’s still a problem straight out the washer & dryer
